This place was great, located centrally near restaurants in Berkhamsted, and served a fantastic breakfast with coffee, tea, fruit juice, cereals.

I had a room at a good price with a beautiful view. The hotel is in a stunning location by the river, with a lovely outlook, a stagnant lake, and two pubs serving food – a nice bonus.

Despite the previous negative reviews, I found the hotel to be quite busy and bustling, which gave it a lively atmosphere. The location was convenient as well, with ample parking available. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
